I am an Irish Colleen!

Do you ever have moments where you feel totally awesome? I can't say that I have a lot of those moments...but I believe that tonight-I did.

I went out with some friends to celebrate the end of the school year and we went to an Irish Pub. You know what that means...Irish Music. It's like some strange sensation comes over me when I hear it. I kinda go a little nuts inside and the only way to keep me still would be to tie me to a chair.

I brought my Step Dancing shoes with me and after trying to sit still for two minutes, it was no use. I was up and made my way to the front where some people were doing some goof off dancing. I busted out an Irish Reel and cleared the floor in ten seconds flat. I had every person clapping and cheering me on and all I can say was it was an exhilarating experience. One that doesn't happen too often. The music was incredible, I wish you could have been there, it was that much fun.

Oh yes, and the link above is a taste of the band's best stuff.

You crack me up! I can just picture you jumping up, but did you really know what you were doing? I wish you could go to Ireland again and spend some time there. That would be so cool!
Keep Stepping!!

I get up this morning, sit down on our couch to enjoy some coffee and at my feet are Colleens step dance shoes. I knew instantly what that means..."you've got to let me know when you are going to do that!" Watching Colleen clear a dance floor and proceed to draw the attention of everyone in the room is something I've only heard of. It happens and when it does I know my roommate enought to know she is in her element. Colleen you are a crazy girl and I love you!

You go, girlie! So does that mean we'll have Irish Music on our Road Trip Playlist? ;-) And should you be allowed to drive while it's playing?
