Lets talk about Cheese.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love cheese? And the word cheese is just a great word. Just say it. Say cheese. It's a funny word. At least I think it's funny. The only problem is that I think I am a bit lactose intolerant so I can't handle too much of it. But today as I sat here and ate my lunch of cheese, vegetables and hummus all I can do is- "Say Cheese".

As a kid for lunch I would sometimes eat an American cheese sandwich with mustard... haven't done that lately. I do a lot more grilled cheese because of my six-year-old picky boy eater :)

Lately I enjoy a chunk of sharp cheddar or better yet, brie with those little water crackers and of course some grapes!

It's been fun having this "cheesy" conversation with you - LOL!

Wow Susan. I'm amazed you could pull off the other end of a "cheese" conversation! Ha! This post was such randomness, that I feel like i need to post something meaningful now.

My favorite cheesy indulgence is grilled cheese made with shredded cheddar, sourdough bread, and a little bit of Taco Bell mild sauce in the middle. Mmmm...

Ooooor, if you're ever in St. Louis, toasted ravioli stuffed with jalapeno cheddar and jack cheese, and then sprinkled with the really fakey parmesan.

My new favorite luxury cheese is called Dubliner. It's imported from Ireland, and taste like romano, but not nearly as salty.

The question is: what *kind* of cheese did you have?

I love cheese too. Except for Kraft Singles. That's not really cheese. I am not sure *what* it is. But it does melt perfectly for grilled cheese sandwiches, all soft & gooey.
