Endurance

Run.
Today I was all squirmy inside.
So I ran.
I ran between the raindrops,
until the raindrops came down so hard that
they ran through me.
I ran becasue my head was going to explode.
I ran because my heart felt like it was cracking, again.
Sometimes, I don't like having memories.
But I would rather have my entire memory than none at all.
Because wisdom comes by the mistakes we make.

"Wisdom comes from the mistakes we make"

and how we apply what we've learned from those mistakes.

Hmm. Your comment is well said. Applying that wisdom is something I am learning every day. =)

This is my favorite part:
Sometimes, I don't like having memories.
But I would rather have my entire memory than none at all.

I can identify with that *so* well.

early to bed's comment -- "Courage comes from trying again after we fail." -- is something I am still trying to find...
