Early Light

I awoke on Saturday morning, put on my bathrobe and sleeply made my way into the kitchen. I filled the hot water kettle for coffee and as I looked out the window this is what I saw.
I stopped and just stared at the beauty of such a sweet sight. When people say they don't believe in God I think how can they ignore this?

I ask myself the same questions: How can people look at the wonder, the beauty, the majesty of the world, and tell themselves that it happened by accident? One of my favorite hymns ("How Great Thou Art") captures this so well.

Beautiful shot, Colleen. I think you have a real talent with words and with your camera.

I think the same thing every time I look up into the sky on a clear night.

My niece once saw a sight like this and exclaimed in 2 year old splendor - LOOK, GOD'S GLORY IS SHINING DOWN!
Now, whenever I see rays of sunlight shining down, I see God's Glory!
